This restaurant is a very famous hand-grab restaurant in Nairobi, Ethiopia&#39;s capital. All dishes are hand-grab except soup, no spoons and forks. However, it will be equipped with disposable gloves, which are still very clean. The taste of the hand-caught dish is indeed very good, it may be tasted differently, so it feels very novel.

Where do i begin....my last night in Nairobi ruined by the horrible food & service. Ordered for coffee that never came yet included in my bill. Food is the worst i have ever had. Seriously you are better off eating at a kibanda. Can&apos;t tell any of the meats apart. Chicken, pork chops, lamb chops all looked & tasted the same. Nasty & burnt. Food was served cold. Had to request to have it warmed up. Tea served cold as well. Talked to the manager who had the audacity to offer free meals next time...seriously!!! If the food was bad why in God&apos;s name would i come for more even if it were free? I paid almost $100 for the worst food ever. I write this in hopes no one makes the same mistake i did. Buree kabisa....

Only visit this restaurant when you have nothing to do. On Sundays, go at lunch time to have dinner. Coz the food will take minimum 3hrs to be serviced.  And they don’t care if you leave.  A really bad experience.

Employ more service people and train them. Was never approached by anyone to get our orders. The waiter serving the next table (Lydia) basically ignored us. At that point l had already gone to the counter to get my drinks. We were basically pleading with the waiters to serve us.

Terrible service!

The place could do with  better trained waiters/waitresses and their so called supervisors. Plus food takes almost two hours.My first and last time there. Had to leave before food was delivered to go eat elsewhere. Absolutely pathetic service!

Worst absolute and delayed service

We&apos;ve visited this place many times before, mainly because of the children&apos;s play area. It&apos;s a decent place, and for us, the food has been consistently fine. However, each time we leave, the experience is the same, we&apos;re always shocked at the bill. I don&apos;t think the place offers good value and if I&apos;m paying 200 KSH for a Soda, then I expect high quality service to reflect the high prices demanded. Every time we&apos;ve been, the service has been numb and devoid of any welcoming personality. The staff appear to me that this isn&apos;t a great place to work. The restaurant management needs to locate the staff training manual, burn it and start again with point number 1: What it means to a customer to receive good service.   So, I&apos;ve finally realised the place never changes, I doubt we&apos;ll be rushing back again anytime soon.

Needs to update the staff training manual.
